About No Nonsense Whisky

No Nonsense Whisky started in 2016 as an outlet for my growing whisky enthusiasm. Before that, I had spent around 7 years exploring our favourite liquid, learning and, dare I say, nerding out about it.

I began linking my new found hobby with my other favourite pastime, the endless spiral of YouTube. I found amazing channels like Ralfy, Scotch Test Dummies and A Dram A Day. It was fantastic to see others nerding out as much I did.

After much deliberation, I decided to start my own channel, not to compete with the existing content, but to come at it from a different angle. Short content, focusing on the true value of a whisky, rather than the best whiskies.

And here we are today, I’ve been lucky enough to cover whiskies from all over the world
